HOW WE BUILD THE GUIDE

A lasting record of each purchase.

We transcribe readable package panels, research official sources and separate the brand owner, physical producer, manufacturer, importer, distributor and retailer. A distributor name does not establish the supplier of a particular jar. We link existing producer profiles only when the relationship is supported.

Prices carry their package size, currency, store, source and observation date; missing details stay explicit. Repeat purchases add new dated observations to the same product. Labels and business claims are not independent verification. Tasting notes are Art’s own observations, never invented or converted into health or mineral claims.

Photographs carry editing disclosures. Documentary panels support label transcription; AI-assisted presentation images are not label evidence. Existing documentary views retain their original disclosures. Additional images supplied by Art are credited as supplied, with missing capture or editing details left explicit.

Salina Sol and Gaucho Provisions share ownership through Fully Equipped. Gaucho’s purchase records are attributed as related-project evidence, not independent corroboration. Inclusion is free, with no scores or paid placement. Any future free sample is labelled “sample provided free”.
